The roof of this large warehouse was filled with PV to reduce utility costs. We used a PanelClaw ballasted mounting solution to minimize roof penetrations. The system is currently outperforming the original solar energy production estimates and has resulted in increased savings! Greenhouse gas equivalent = 392 Metric Tons, equivalent to:

1.) 939,977 miles driven by an average car.
2.) 908 barrels of oil consumed.
3.) 3.1 acres of U.S. Forests preserved from conversion to cropland in one year.

"Sun Light & Power installed a 359KW system for our 110,000 square foot building which includes freezers and a cold room. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and took great pain in explaining the features including the pros and cons of equipment from different manufacturers. He provided very detailed analysis of the financial benefits and cash flow effects of the various systems that he proposed.

We talked to three other solar system contractors to obtain their bids and selected Sun Light & Power for two reasons: their pricing was one of the two most competitive among the four proposals, and their proposed system seemed to fit our requirements and budget the most. Engineering and installation teams were very efficient. Despite a last-minute change of equipment due to the building's structural requirements, construction of the system was completed on time. The system has been in operation for over one year, and it has reduced our electricity bill by about 85%. The actual production output of the system is exactly what they projected."
